    1. Place an order online, by phone or email 2. Schedule a date and time for the photoshoot 3. We capture the images 4. You receive your images via a download link
  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order is easy: order online, by phone (862)268-3240 or by email.
  • Do I have to be present when the photographer is taking the photos?
    It is recommended but not necessary. We have access to NJMLS and GSMLS lockboxes. If you are not present at the time of the photos, the photographer will use their best judgment and experience when taking photos.
  • How soon will I receive my photos?
    Photos are delivered via a download within 24 hours.
  • How do I know how many people visited my virtual tour?
    We provide you with weekly automated email statistics.
  • Can the virtual tour statistics be emailed directly to my clients?
    Yes, simply provide us with your client's email address
  • Are you able to upload the photos to the MLS for me?
    Yes, we have NJMLS and GSMLS access and can upload the photos to your listing once it is created for a small fee of $20 per MLS. Please Note: We would need your login credentials in order to upload the photos.
  • I am a busy agent, could you capture the photos without my presence?"
    Yes, we have NJMLS and GSML lockbox access. Simply confirm the date and time of the photoshoot with your client and inform them that we would be accessing the home via the lockbox. Please Note: the photographer will use their best judgement on which images to capture unless we are provided specific images you would like.
